UNA Gift card can be requested via our central booking office by using the online form.

How can i pay for the UNA Gift card?
Payment can be made via pay by link, a secure and safe method by Nexi.

How can I use the UNA Gift card?
The UNA Gift card can be used to pay in full or partially  for accomodation charges and any other hotel services.

Where can I use the UNA Gift card?

Does the UNA Gift Card have an expiry date?
Yes. It is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

How and when will i receive the UNA Gift Card?
The UNA Gift Card will be sent via email in PDF format within 24 hours from the payment .(The central booking office is closed on Sundays and Holidays.

Can i transform the UNA Gift Card into cash?
The UNA Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

What is the value of the UNA Gift Card?
The value of the UNA Gift Card is up to you and starts from a minimum of €50.00.

Terms & Conditions:
Amount of your choice, minimum of €50.00.
The UNA Gift card will be valid only in the hotel of your choice.
The UNA Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payment can be made only via pay by link.
In case of overnight stay the UNA Gift card will be valid for all rates and conditions available at the time of the booking.
All services need to be booked in advance when you wish to use the UNA Gift Card.
You can make the reservation by contacting the central booking office GruppoUna by sending an email to Reservation@gruppouna.it advising the number of the UNA Gift card.
The UNA Gift card is valid only for direct bookings.
The UNA Gift card may be used for all services of the hotel.
The UNA Gift card will be issued within 24 hours after the payment has been received. Our reservation office is closed on Sundays and holidays.
The full value of the UNA Gift card must be redeemed  at once  and cannot be divided.
